After that, to provide their inputs and the recommended way forward.<\/span><\/p>\nViktor then worked with us in the office to push through and follow up on the improvement work. Drives were moved, times changed and routes were updated. The project delivered above expectations and large parts of the working method that Viktor was involved in and implemented is now in our DNA and used frequently.
