The focus was on increasing the utilization rate of our trucks to create savings in the form of downscaling of trucks, trailers, and personnel.

Viktor’s way of working is really “all in” but in an inclusive way. He started by interviewing us in the management and challenges we saw as well as the goal we wanted to achieve. He then went out to see our daily business in the same way, went out with our trucks, and interviewed our staff to create a full picture of the project. He was also involved with our customers, to meet their challenges and expectations. After that, to provide their inputs and the recommended way forward.

Viktor then worked with us in the office to push through and follow up on the improvement work. Drives were moved, times changed and routes were updated. The project delivered above expectations and large parts of the working method that Viktor was involved in and implemented is now in our DNA and used frequently. I can highly recommend Viktor for similar projects.
